Trust me! It’s not an easy task to give Ugly Betty’s appearance to America Ferrara. The lady has herself admitted that it takes a lot of time to turn into Betty. According to Ferrara, it takes her an hour to wear Betty’s wig; glasses and dress etc. She said, “Yes, people are surprised when they see I’m not like Betty in real life. Everyone knows that the power of good make-up, careful lighting and professional grooming can enhance beauty, but they don’t realize that you need all that to make yourself look, well, as ugly as Betty”!
And, it’s such a surprising revelation. Isn’t it? Yeah of course, who might have ever thought that one needs make over to look ugly? But, it happens man!
Well, other surprising news is also waiting in the queue. What do you think? Making TV shows and bringing them to you on daily or weekly basis is an easy chore. No, it’s not. The job needs much hard work and the amount of such hard work you can ask from Lindsay Lohan.
As per the statements given by Lindsay’s co-actress, Vanessa Williams, the lady found out the meaning of hard work while shooting for the episodes of Ugly Betty, the US TV series. She appeared in four episodes of series last year, 2008, and portrayed the character of Kimmie Keegan, the former childhood enemy of Betty. When she worked as a member of series’ cast, Lindsay Lohan came to know how hard it is for them to bring each installment of the show. She also realized the difference between working on a TV show set and movie set. Well, I am sure the lady has learned a very valuable lesson
All the rumors about Ugly Betty’s cancellation have faded out. Previously, it was being said that decline in show ratings might bring the series to an end. But, have a sigh of relief as the fourth season of Ugly Betty has been announced. It’d be premiered on October 9, 2009. The title and storyline of the season opener have not been revealed yet.
