The hot and happening actress Vanessa Williams was hoping for a musical episode at the end of Ugly Betty Season Two but unfortunately the prevailing state of circumstances led to cancellation of the idea. Recently, she expressed that she was all geared up for a musical episode at the conclusion of season two  but writer’s strike forced a lot of chopping & changing and this led to premature death of the idea.

She added that the episode was supposed to mark a come back of Wilhemina to Mode and Big musical numbers were also scheduled to be embedded into it. However, writer’s strike acted as a bottleneck and actress’s dreams were halted in between.

In the meantime Justin initiates his life as a high school student and faces the wrath of bullies. However, he conceals this from his mother.

The next episode in the queue was, “The Butterfly Effect Part 2.” It was also aired on October 16 and it continued the story of preceding episode. Betty gets a great opportunity to handle her first photo shoot. However, destiny had something else in store for her as things do not go as per the plans. On the other hand Hilda looks for Mark’s assistance to find an apt way to deal with Justin.

This was followed by, “Blue on Blue” which got aired on October 23, 2009. Betty puts in her best efforts to acquire a scoop with Gucci’s recently incepted designer. For that she secures the assistance of Hilda’s customer. March has evil plans up his sleeves as he tries his best to halt her endeavor. Daniel involves himself with a bereavement group where he strikes a friendship with a hot girl named as Natalie.

Next we got to see an episode entitled as, “The Weiner, The Bun, and The Boob.” Its air date was October 30, 2009.  We have also seen two more episodes entitled as, “Plus None and “Backseat Betty.” Their respective air dates were November 6 and November 13. Ugly Betty actress Ashley Jensen is feeling the ecstasy associated with motherhood. Recently she moved ahead of the stage of pregnancy by becoming the mother of a cute and innocent baby.  Jensen is enjoying the bliss of married life alongside her beloved husband Beesley by obeying the rules of Almighty for creating a new life.

The negotiations going on between Paula Abdul and ABC have fallen apart. Now “3rd Rock” Emmy winner Kristen Johnston has been finalized by creators of Ugly Betty to play the now-recurring role of Helen, Mode’s newest office temp and Amanda’s elder doppelganger.

The negotiations looked promising enough till last week when the deal came undone. Of all the reasons responsible for this slip through, it’s partly, due to the ex-”Idol” judge’s insane list of demands. If I were to put it in two words, I would say -Private - Jet.

As it’s confirmed that Abdul will not be appearing on Dancing With The Stars either as a contestant or a judge, so you can be sure that she won’t be seen on ABC anytime soon.

When I first read about ABC talks with Abdul about her guest appearance in Ugly Betty my first thoughts were, at least one party is not serious about it. Frankly guys, these talks with ABC were nothing more than a negotiation ploy at least to me. Abdul’s heart is still in American Idol and she wishes to return to the reality show, albeit on her own terms.

Anyways, Abdul’s loss is Johnston’s gain. She is very excited about her role on the popular series Ugly Betty and looking forward to it.

“I’ve always considered myself a poor man’s Paula Abdul,” Johnston says with a laugh. She describes her Betty character as “Amanda in 10 years. She’s still trying to get into the right clubs, wearing tight dresses… tragic. I think (Helen) sees herself as Samantha from ‘Sex and the City.’ Except, of course, she’s a temp.”

Johnston will first appear in the second half of “Ugly Betty’s” two-hour premiere on October 9.

Honestly admitting when ABC network put Ugly Betty on a temporarily hiatus, I was afraid about the future of the series. Who knew how much time it would take to return? But, not letting us wait too much, Ugly Betty returned with the next episode on April 30, 2009. Prior to that, the episode, ‘The Sex Issue’ was aired on March 19, 2009. The recent episode was entitled ‘Rabbit Test’ and it gave a good start to the second phase of the fourth season of ‘Ugly Betty’ tv show. The episode would be entitled ‘The Fall Issue‘. It would be a two-hour finale and Henry’s return would create a dilemma in Betty’s heart.

Christopher Gorham portrays the character of Henry and his return has been confirmed by the series creator Silvio Horta.  He said, “Chris has always been, and will always be, part of the Ugly Betty family”.
